Yarrah offers diversity of either land or house + land packages. Following the successful release of stages 1, and 2, the below offerings are now available for purchase.
Stage 1
Stage 1 is complete and ready for building. The first houses started being built in late 2023. Stage 1 lots sizes range from 450m2 to 900m2. The stage features an Oak Tree Retirement Village and the future Activity Centre block.
Stage 2A
Civil construction commenced in March 2024 and is expected to be completed by June 2024 with house construction expected to start in Spring 2024. Stage 2A lots range in size from 700m2 to 1,025m2.
Stage 2B
Stage 2B is DA approved with Construction Certificate Approval expected very soon. Civil construction is expected to start in Spring-Summer 2024. Stage 2B lots range in size from 700m2 to 1,351m2.
