Stage 4 lots range in size from 700m² to 2,150m². Stage 4 completes the Yarrah Drive loop and opens up the second entrance at Orion Street. Stage 4 delivers the Orion St Park and the first portion of the Orion Creek walk that connects to the river corridor.
Stage 4 DA was lodged with Council in late 2023 and is moving through the approval process having recently completed public exhibition.
